Loddon Heating has just done a great job fitting our new Valiant boiler. What worked really well was: spending time at the quotation stage listening to our needs and advising what was needed and explained everything clearly in preparation for the day. Fitting date was agreed and stuck to. Lewis worked very tidily and made sure all radiators worked properly and the system was balanced. He also clearly explained how the boiler worked, the guarantee, warranty details and showed us how to use the hive. All in all, a great job was done and we can certainly recommend Lewis.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lewis’s professionalism, his knowledge about his field and his attention to detail. My boiler service was carried out in a very competent manner with clear explanations about what he was doing and why. He identified the problem with my radiator in minutes and swiftly resolved it. He has a very friendly manner and was very happy to answer questions that I had about methods I had adopted towards becoming more “gas use efficient.” Lewis is a real gem and I feel very lucky to have found him after some bad experiences.
